Effective 1/1/08, Senate Bill 1372:

The bill prohibits a motor vehicle operator from driving on or crossing a railroad grade crossing unless the vehicle has surricient undercarriage clearance and provides that an offense is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $50 or more than $200.
